Kenner © 1960, No8 Girder & Panel, Bridge & Turnpike Building Set.  A nice looking set, although it's not complete, there's enough stuff to get started, including all four instructions book.  Looks most the  steel (if count the short ones), most the panels and roadways, bag of rigging, signs & flagpoles, foundation plates.  The motor doesn't work, and I don't see the battery compartment.  The box is used, has the buildups, and maybe even the original parts bags.  Box and has one split corner.  A great place to start, or to finish, assembling a complete set.
